2. The mold opening valve and the mold adjusting valve have internal leakage. Is it the phenomenon that the middle note adjusting nut rotates during mold opening and locking

3. Check if there are any problems with all the components in the hinge area of the machine

4. Check if there is a modulation signal output for computer output

3.After locking the mold, during the injection process, the crankshaft retracted slightly, causing the locking termination switch to not sense, resulting in the inability to continue the injection action

1. Check if there are any problems with the locking cylinder and its oil seal

Possible issues that may arise during the injection molding process include:

2. Mold damage: During the mold closing process, the mold may be subjected to excessive pressure or impact, which may cause mold damage and affect production efficiency and product quality.

3. Product mold sticking: During the mold closing process, plastic may adhere to the mold, making it difficult to demold the product and even damaging the product and mold.

4. Product deformation: During the molding process, plastic may be affected by factors such as excessive pressure or uneven temperature, which may cause product deformation and not meet design requirements.


To address the above issues, the following implementation plans can be developed:

1. Optimize the clamping process: By adjusting parameters such as clamping speed and pressure, ensure even force during the clamping process and avoid the occurrence of poor clamping problems.

2. Regular inspection of molds: Regularly inspect the wear of molds, replace damaged mold components in a timely manner, and avoid mold damage affecting production.

3. Use anti adhesive: Before closing the mold, apply an appropriate amount of anti adhesive to the surface of the mold to reduce plastic adhesion and improve the smoothness of product demolding.

4. Control temperature and pressure: During the molding process, control the uniformity of temperature and pressure to avoid plastic deformation caused by excessive pressure or uneven temperature.
