Injection Molding Machine Drilling

A new batch of machine tools arrived today, and the master is drilling holes for the machine tools.

When punching holes, the most important thing is accuracy. The master will first draw  points on the machine to facilitate drilling.Then use a drilling machine to drill holes. When drilling, the machine tool will be coated with oil, and then continuously poured with coolant to prevent the drill bit from being weak and unable to penetrate the machine tool.

Drilling is an important step before installing the injection molding machine. If the hole is not punched correctly, it will lead to the subsequent installation of the injection molding machine. So every step needs to be very careful.
