Workshop Safety
1、When the equipment is in normal operation, it is strictly prohibited to touch any part of the equipment except the safety door in front of the injection molding machine and the control panel.
2, any production abnormalities must wait until after the equipment stops running.
3、Each equipment must establish a person in charge of the system (fixed person fixed mechanism), without equipment safety training, and by obtaining the qualification of operation, shall not operate the equipment; fault maintenance by the workshop designated personnel, non-designated personnel shall not carry out maintenance operations.
4, according to the operating procedures for the correct operation, careful maintenance of equipment, keep the operating environment clean, and civilized production.
5, the strict implementation of process discipline and operational discipline, make a good record, shift handover must hand over the safety situation.
6, all kinds of equipment safety protection devices must be complete, such as damage, must be promptly reported to repair, to be repaired before use.
7、Correctly analyze, judge and deal with all kinds of accident seeds, nip accidents in the bud. If an accident occurs, it should be dealt with decisively and correctly, reported to the superior in a timely and truthful manner, and the scene should be protected and detailed records should be made.
8, on duty must be in accordance with the provisions of the dress code, long hair should be tied up, not allowed to cloak hair, not allowed to wear undershirts, shorts or skirts, not allowed to wear slippers.
9, the use of power tools must be checked before the wire, plug, plastic shell with or without damage.
10、Replace the gas connector when closing the gas source, to prevent the connector fly out and hurt people.
11, to maintain a clear channel, in the channel is strictly prohibited for a long time or stacking workpiece.
12, equipment use must be turned off, the exception is the injection molding machine PC material insulation.
