1. Improve the scientific and reasonable staffing of injection molding department personnel

20. Regularly (once a week) hold production meetings for the injection molding department, (summarize the problems that exist this week, propose effective improvement measures, and schedule the work plan for next week);

21. Hold a monthly department work summary meeting, and in each meeting, grassroots management personnel are required to submit the monthly work summary report;

22. Continuously learning new injection molding techniques/management knowledge, striving for continuous improvement;
