1. After the Corinth column is roughly installed, adjust the mold thickness to be less than the mold thickness, bend the crank arm as far as possible, and keep the mold closed.

2. Remove all front fixing plates, front fixing nuts, and rear fixing plates, adjust the position of the adjusting nuts appropriately, compare the extension distance of the front end of the Corinthian column, and make the extension distance easy to install.

3. All adjusting nuts should be loosened backwards by the same distance, and the fixed plate should be installed. At this time, the extension distance of the Goering column is greater than the installation distance. This margin cannot be too small or too large. If it is too small, there will be less movement of the base, making it impossible to ensure that the base is parallel; Exceeding the movement distance of the base, unable to retract in place, unable to install the front fixing nut and front fixing plate.

4. Reduce the mold closing speed and perform the mold closing action smoothly. During the mold closing process, due to the lack of fixation in front of the Goering column, the moving template and the mold come into contact, and the curved arm gradually straightens. The base drives the Goering column to move back. At this time, the base gradually runs parallel to the fixed template, reducing deflection. Adjust to the installation position, tighten the front fixing nut, and make contact (important). Install the front fixing baffle.

5. Adjust the mold to the normal state, close the mold and lock it tightly, so that the fixing nut is in a tight state. Tighten the front fixing plate again to prevent the Corinthian column from loosening when the mold is loose. During the operation, tighten the positioning screws to prevent the column from rotating.
