Plastic bottles are everywhere in today’s world. They cradle our favorite coffee, protect our shampoo — they even package our medicine. So how exactly are these plastic bottles manufactured? I am going to show you a neat machine that’s called a blow moulding machine and it’s the one that makes all these bottles.
Blow moulding is a technique for making hollow plastic products most famously used to form bottles. It begins with tiny plastic beads that are melted. Air is then blown into a mould to form the bottle. This process is especially useful because it can create bottles in all shapes and sizes, perfect for a variety of products.
